Reservations
To make your reservations, please call 704-237-3238. This line is available when the theater box office is open from one-half hour before the first movie starts until the last movie starts. Please note that reservations guarantee you a ticket for the show, but not a specific seat in the auditorium.
All reserved tickets are prepaid with a credit card along with a $1 per ticket service charge. For your convenience, your tickets can be picked up at the guest service desk inside the lobby - no need to go to the box office.
If we are not answering this line, we are helping other guests. Please call back, as reservations can only be made over the phone with a member of our staff.
